Publisher Description

Enough PTO for your next trip? Find out before you make plans.

My PTO projects your paid-time-off balance using your accrual policy, work schedule, and planned days off. See what you'll have for a long weekend, a week away, or a little more time at home.

One purchase. No subscription. No account to create.

YOUR PTO, AT A GLANCE Keep your balance on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. The medium Home Screen widget also shows your next trip and its progress. Available in light and dark appearances.

TURN DAYS OFF INTO LONGER BREAKS Choose how many shifts of PTO you'd like to spend. Find stretches around your regular days off and the holidays your workplace observes. Preview a suggestion, then book it in your plan or save it as a goal.

PLAN BEFORE HOURS EXPIRE Set your benefit-year start, carryover limit, and expiration date. Your forecast accounts for those rules and shows when hours could be lost unless you use them.

KEEP VACATION AND SICK TIME SEPARATE Track multiple leave balances with their own accrual policies, bookings, and goals, all using your shared work schedule. Switch balances to see the one you need.

GIVE YOUR DAYS OFF SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO Name a trip and choose your dates. See whether your projected PTO covers it, what you'll have left, or how far short you'll be. When a later date works within the forecast, My PTO suggests it.

SEE BEYOND TODAY'S BALANCE Look ahead on the calendar and see how earning and taking time off change your balance. Choose a whole stretch of days and preview its cost before saving. Days you don't work are skipped.

MADE FOR YOUR WORKWEEK Eight-hour days, twelve-hour shifts, or different hours on different weekdays: set the schedule you actually work. Add your employer's holidays and choose who covers a closure. Adjust individual days when your plans change.

YOUR POLICY, IN YOUR WORDS Enter your accrual policy in plain language, then check what My PTO understood. You can also enter the details yourself. Supports accrual per hour worked, per pay period, monthly grants, and yearly grants. Correct your balance from a paystub whenever you need to.

PUT YOUR TRIP ON APPLE CALENDAR Add an all-day event from a saved goal. Choose the calendar and review the event before saving. This is a one-time export; later changes in My PTO don't update the Calendar event.

YOUR TIME OFF IS YOUR BUSINESS No tracking, no ads, and no account to manage. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud backup. Export a backup file when you want a separate copy.

My PTO is your personal planner. Forecasts depend on the policy and schedule you enter. Booking time off in the app does not submit a request to your employer.

Version History My PTO is now free to download.

Everything you need to trust your forecast is free: your accrual policy, work schedule, carryover and expiration rules, employer holidays, booking, one leave balance, one trip at a time, the Balance widget, iCloud backup, and file export.

My PTO Premium, a single one-time purchase, adds:

As many trips and leave balances as you like.
The Next Trip widget on your Home Screen.
Longer breaks: stretches around your days off and holidays, ready to book.
Add trips to Apple Calendar.
No subscription, no account. Restore Purchases lives in Settings. Requires iOS 18.6 or later. 3.0.3 Sep 19 Your time off, closer at hand.

My PTO 3.0.2 brings new ways to keep track of your days and make more of them:

- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. See your balance at a glance, with your next trip on the medium Home Screen widget.
- Longer breaks. Find stretches around your days off and employer holidays, then turn a suggestion into a booking or a goal.
- Carryover and expiration. Set your benefit year, carryover limit, and use-by date. See when hours could be lost so you can plan ahead.
- Separate leave balances. Track vacation, sick time, and other leave with their own policies, bookings, and goals.
- Employer holidays. Add the days your workplace observes and choose whether your employer or a leave balance covers them.
- Add trips to Apple Calendar. Create an all-day event from a goal using Apple's event editor.

Plus improvements to planning accuracy and layouts at larger text sizes.

One purchase. No subscription. 3.0.2 Sep 8 My PTO 3.0 was a complete rebuild, and this update is the polish that follows.

What you'll notice:

The number you see is the number you get. What a screen shows before you tap Save is exactly what gets recorded — on the day sheet, when booking time off, and on your goals.
iCloud backup is more careful. If iCloud can't be reached when you open the app, My PTO waits and tells you rather than starting over. If a save or a backup can't complete, you'll see it and can try again with one tap.
Goals plan more accurately. They count the hours you earn during the trip, suggest later dates you can actually afford, and say so when a date is further out than the calendar can see.
It reads the way you type: decimal commas, balances below zero, dates with the year.
Cleaner at larger text sizes, and the app keeps up with the date if you leave it open overnight.

Thank you for sticking with My PTO through the rebuild. If anything doesn't look right, the support link on this page reaches a real person. 3.0.1 Sep 7 My PTO has been rebuilt from scratch.

- See what you have as days you can count, not just a number of hours, and watch the next one fill in.
- Save toward a trip. Tell My PTO when you want to go and it says whether you'll have the days by then — and if you won't, what would get you there.
- Book the days off and the goal says so, right on the card.
- A calendar that opens on today and runs two years out, so you can see what a week off in December does to your balance.
- Set your accrual policy by typing it in plain language.
- Uneven schedules: different hours on different days, plus corrections for any single day that went long or short.
- Correct your balance from a paystub and everything after it re-anchors.
